The Brain-Immune Reset: A 21-Day Plan for Clarity, Energy, and Healthy Aging
September 29, October 6, 13, and 20, 2026
Tuesdays from 4:30 – 6:00 PT via Zoom
An Online Class Exploring the Brain-Immune Connection, Inflammation, and Healthy Aging
Whether you’re dealing with brain fog, fatigue, inflammation, poor recovery, digestive issues, mood changes, immune imbalance, or simply wanting to better understand how the brain and immune system shape long-term health, this 4-session online course provides a practical and comprehensive roadmap for rebuilding resilience.
This 4-session online class is built around a 21-Day Brain-Immune Resilience Plan—a practical roadmap to help you track your own patterns and test habits that support clearer thinking, steadier energy, immune resilience, and healthier aging.
Over 21 days, you’ll explore how food, fiber, protein, phytonutrients, movement, sleep, stress recovery, gut support, and blood sugar balance may influence how you feel. The goal is not to follow a rigid program, but to better understand what creates “inflammatory noise” in your system—and what helps restore resilience
Your brain and immune system are constantly communicating. When inflammation, blood sugar swings, gut imbalance, chronic stress, poor sleep, or mitochondrial strain are present, that communication can become noisy—showing up as brain fog, fatigue, food cravings, mood changes, poor recovery, digestive issues, pain, or immune imbalance.
Monique Class, MS, APRN-BC, and Dan Lukaczer, ND, will guide you through understanding how the brain and immune system are constantly communicating—and how inflammation, blood sugar swings, gut imbalance, chronic stress, poor sleep, and mitochondrial strain can create “inflammatory noise” in the body.
Class Overview
Week 1 – Starting the 21-Day Brain-Immune Resilience Plan
We’ll begin by introducing the 21-Day Brain-Immune Resilience Plan and helping you identify what you’ll be tracking over the next three weeks. You’ll learn how the brain, immune system, gut, metabolism, mitochondria, and stress response communicate with one another, and how symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, cravings, mood changes, poor recovery, digestive issues, pain, or immune imbalance may be connected through inflammatory signaling.
Week 2 – Food, Blood Sugar, Gut Health, and Inflammatory Noise
This week focuses on the everyday inputs that can either increase or quiet inflammatory noise. We’ll explore how food choices, blood sugar swings, fiber, protein, phytonutrients, gut imbalance, and digestive health influence the brain-immune conversation. You’ll continue using the 21-day plan to track your own patterns and test practical habits that support steadier energy, fewer cravings, better digestion, and improved resilience.
Week 3 – Mitochondria, Movement, Sleep, and Stress Recovery
The brain and immune system are energy-intensive systems. In this session, we’ll dive into mitochondrial health, movement, sleep, stress physiology, and recovery. You’ll learn how poor sleep, chronic stress, low activity, overexertion, and impaired energy production can contribute to fatigue, brain fog, poor recovery, and immune imbalance—and how movement, sleep, and stress-recovery habits can help restore capacity over time.
Week 4 – Healthy Aging and Your Personalized Resilience Roadmap
We’ll close by bringing the pieces together into a personalized Brain-Immune Resilience Roadmap. You’ll review what you noticed during your 21-day plan, including patterns around food, fiber, protein, phytonutrients, movement, sleep, stress recovery, gut support, energy, cravings, mood, digestion, and recovery. The goal is to leave with a clearer understanding of what may be driving inflammatory noise in your system and which habits are most important for supporting long-term brain health, immune balance, and healthy aging.
Each week will include dedicated time for questions and open conversation. This means you won’t just be listening—you’ll have the chance to ask what’s on your mind, hear from others who may be experiencing similar patterns, and get direct clarification from us. Our goal is for you to leave each session not only with more knowledge, but also with practical tools and a clearer sense of what helps you feel more resilient.
This class complements individualized medical care. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions in the group setting, although we are happy to work with you individually as well. Instead, we help you become more informed, more confident, and better prepared to understand the patterns that may be influencing your brain, immune system, metabolism, and long-term health.
The guiding idea is simple: when inflammatory noise quiets down, the brain, immune system, and body have a better chance to restore resilience.
